Editorial policy
What we write from, what we refuse to state, and how mistakes get fixed.
Everything written here starts from the catalogue: counts, measurements, colours and prices. Where a guide cites a rule, such as a stadium bag limit or a standard for hearing protection, the source is named in the text and linked at the foot of that guide.
What we do not state
We do not print test results we have not run, certificates we do not hold, or customer numbers we cannot count. The one checkable fact we state about ourselves is the year we started, 2019.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, write to packroom@amylove.org. A figure that turns out to be wrong is corrected in the catalogue, which means it changes everywhere it appears at the next build rather than on one page.
Guides
Guides are written by the people who keep the catalogue. They are general information, not advice about your venue, your classroom or your site rules: those have their own published policies, and a gate can change its limit between one season and the next.
