What we can help with
Counts, measurements, colours, which pack suits a group of a given size, and anything that looks wrong on this site. If a figure here is out of date, that is worth an email: it usually means a line moved and we have not caught up.
What we cannot help with
Orders. Payment, delivery, tracking and returns are handled by the retail partner where the order was placed, and their record is the one that counts. We have no access to it.
